strange thing happened with me today.. earlier a month ago i launched a grievance against the catering service which was failed to provide me dinner in this train till my stop in gurgaon , because passenger who ordered non veg had veg food that night and rest of the veg passengers were stranded and it took some time for caterer to provide veg food to rest of the passenger and by that time we already reached gurgaon, i also complained about the window panes which were not clean in my coach.
Today i recievd a letter from railway officials. sorry for inconvenience and we have an onboard cleaning service in this train which look after this , and we have registered complaint...
more... against them.. i was shocked , my main complaint was against the catering and they did nt wrote a single word about that in their reply.. haha.. great IR ... my complaint was not against quality food because it is generally good in this train. i suggested them that food should be given according to prefference filled in the reservation form by passsneger and they should provide this list to the waiters so that they can distribute food wisely...
