I am writing this post just to share my views from past few experiences as to how casual and careless humans can be, to promote unhygienic environment in railways.
Washroom/Wash basin:
Washroom and Washbasin usages are so frequent and this is something one cannot challenge or question. However, when one uses it for his/her own turn, it must also be kept in mind that many more dozens of people are also in turn to use the same. And no one definitely has a right to use railway resources as use and throw resources.
Dumping Food Wrappers or foils under the berths:
This is just not acceptable. Enjoy your food and let others "enjoy the trash". People must be sensible enough to these issues at least.
Bed Linens : Used as a wiping cloth towards end of the journey. Really shameful.
Cigarette/Bidi butts: thrown into commodes/pans or washbasins, leave alone the fact SMOKING IS PROHIBITED IN RAILWAYS
I would also add that if passengers continue to do this, railway housekeeping/ cleaning staff would also be discouraged to discharge their duties with devotion. Already at times they do not feel like doing their work properly, and such behavioural patterns of passengers adds to the problems.
That is why, I wrote that CLEANLINESS IS A JOINT RESPONSIBILITY and STAKE OF PASSENGERS IN THIS IS MORE THAN railways.

Sabse aasan khel jo log khelte hain woh hai "BLAME GAME" aur insaniyat ke liye sabse mushkil kaam hai apne kiye gaye galtiyon ka zimmedari lena.
Haan, main yeh post likh raha hoon sirf apne kuch anubhavon ko share karne ke liye ki log kitne laparwah aur laparvahi se saamanya environment ko unsanitary banane mein kitni carelessness dikhate hain rail me.

Washroom aur Washbasin ka istemal itna aam hai ki is par sawal uthana ya challenge karna mushkil hai. Magar jab koi apni baari par istemal karta hai to usko yaad rakhna chahiye ki aur bhi bahut saare log same ko istemal karna wale hain. Aur kisi ko railway ke resources ko use-and-throw resources ke taur par istemal karne ka koi haq nahi hai.
Food wrappers ya foils ko berths ke neeche daalna:
Yeh bilkul sahi nahi hai. Apna khana enjoy karo aur doosron ko "kachra" enjoy karne do. Logon ko kam se kam is mamle mein samajhdar hona chahiye.
Bed Linens: Yatra ke ant mein ek wiping cloth ke taur par istemal kiya jana. Bohot sharmnaak.
Cigarette/Bidi ke chilam: Commodes/pans ya washbasin mein fenk dena, smoking ki permission railway mein nahi hai.
Main yeh bhi kehna chahunga ki agar yatra karne wale aise karte rahenge, toh railway ke housekeeping/cleaning staff bhi apne kartavyon ko imandari se karne mein haar maanlenge. Kabhi-kabhi toh unhe apna kaam thik se karne ka man nahi hota, aur yatra karne wale logon ka aise vyavhaar problems ko badhate hain.
Isliye, maine likha hai ki SAF-SAFUAI EK JOINT RESPONSIBILITY HAI aur YATRAKON KI DASTAK RAILWAY ME SE JYADA HAI.
Mujhe ummeed hai ki meri post sabhi dwaara padhi jaayegi.
