Totally agree. I have seen people stealing coal at Nagpur and even took video of the same. But, this video proves Bihar still holds the merit to be on the top of the charts.

This video is from bihta,patna.Really shocking theft incidents nowadays happens at bihar,could be called as bihar heist.Earlier stolen iron bridge,train engine,mobile tower,2 KM road now these now next what will be stealed will be interesting.

This happens at many places. Easy use minerals like coal, oil are prime targets as they can be directly used by people and also easy to access. In Chhattisgarh, Eastern MP, Bihar, Bengal, Jharkhand, Odisha coal theft from wagons is common at populated outers. & its almost impossible for goods guards to stop them as staff is just 3 (or sometimes 4) & they are in dozen or so..
