he actually agrees about track upgradation, but there is a reason we use the term P-way and not tracks :) it isn't possible to isolate the 'enviornment' in which the track is laid from the track itself.
frankly speaking, i support P-way upgradation as it benefits many, unlike the bullet train which will have a dedicated corridor plus have higher fares to recover investment but considering the 'kadki' of IR which is making them take decisions like flexi fares and pooling of PT and CQ it doesn't seem possible in near future.
