We can not speculate,
And shunting Rajdhani is not which happens so often.
Div control may had some valid reasons else they can be pulled for shunting and further delaying if matter is perused.

12439 is the fastest Rajdhani on the GAYA NDLS route. aur jinhone kaha hai ki 12259 ka sch 12439 se aggressive hai... wo ye jaan le in ki 12439 is faster than 12259 by 2 minutes. ab aap bologe ki 2 mins mai kya hota hai. yahan 2 min mai aap 100 ka avg bhi rakh sakte hai and 99 ka bhi...

NCR kabhi bhi shi decesion nhi leta , aur agar leta bhi hai toh wo bahut kam he dikhta hai.
waise 12439 GAYA/MGS-NDLS mei sbse tez rajdhani express hai. Iska mukabla 12301/22811/22823/12313 nhi ker sakte. Agar NCR ne 12259 ko aage jaane ka decision liya hai toh usse y bhi samjhna chahiye ki 12259 NCR region mein sabse tez chale aur NDLS right time arrive kare.
Aur sath he sath 12439 ko itna time de ki wo kamse kam NCR mein late na chale.
