IMO best to run that existing GKP LKO as GKP PRYJ via LKO and AY... and launch new VB for MS TEN....
IR is not choosing sometimes right route.
Either because of states politics.
Already CDG to NDLS have Shatabdi and Vande bharat train
then it is more good to introduce vande bharat from NDLS to ASR via CDG

Better that they launch to new routes like HWH RNC/PNBE/Samastipur, CBE TVC via PGT, MAS TEN (already in bucketlist), ERS SBC via SA-BWT and many more....
