This is good, but ECR can solve this by just increasing the speeds of MEMU train.
Example:- Ara to Patna all mail and Express trains take Max 1 hours compared to MEMU which take 2 to 3 hours to cover Just 49 km.

Pura Ara aur Jahanabad ke log subh Patna aata hai aur sham ko wapis jate hai isliye itni bheed rehti hai aur logo ki mentality aisi ho gyi ki log 30 rupee General ticket bhi nahi lena chahte hai.

After goods trains,now express trains including bilaspur rajdhani will start bypassing/egnoring Nagpur Jn station to avoid loco reversal.
Trains will stop at Godhani and then by egnoring Nagpur Jn station will go towards Gondia.
