I have a question. Is it possible to change its halt at sambalpur city instead of sambalpur jn? (I know earlier it was Between SBP and NZM but now it has been extended)

Yesterday this train was having 200+ berths vacant in 3AC class. And as usual delayed by +3 hrs. This train demand is decreasing due to delay, and day time scheduled run. Why no one is accountable, and not taking any action.

I totally agree with the reasons. But why there is no accountability for the delay?. Why it is happening for +2 years consistently? Why proper action is not taken in this matter? And who should be responsible?.

Old tata-allp slot is fixed for dhn-allp. Its not easily possible.

I will try to change it. But i tried to give this train time slot of SHM-VSKP Express. And ANVT-PURI Express also goes at similar time which you have suggested.

It doesn't touch tata but route is very similar, from Chaibasa to Khurda Road (for almost 8hrs) route is same. It might clash and this TT is made on the basis of comfort timing. Like deboarding at 8am is better than early 4am. And after summer holidays PURI-ANVT will run at its regular time

You mean to say that this train should be taken by SER. You are absolutely right, but for current situation this TT is fine I think, simply if departing it with extra time can help this train to recover some delays. Well I am also planning a TT of 20816 as well. I will share its link on this post.

Current 20815/20816 VSKP-TATA-VSKP is getting delayed frequently and returning to VSKp in night and always delayed due to regular reschedules. To avoid this this rake has to made independent and made as Bi- Weekly to following station with convenient timings

Instead, I would suggest that it should go to SC or Hyderabad, with revised TT for down train.

Since 20815 is for Tata, so even if it gets extended, it will help Tata pax for Hyderabad and Vskp as well.
