for bi-directional operations, utilized the Earth Pressure Balancing Method (EPBM) with precast concrete linings made in Mundka. Construction involved navigating hard rock and relocating sewer lines, with rigorous safety measures including continuous ground movement monitoring. The second tunnel is expected to be completed by January 2025. The 2.65km tunnel, at an average depth of 16 meters, consists of 1894 rings (5.8 meters internal diameter). The Aerocity-Tughlakabad corridor is 19.343 km of the total 40.109 km of underground lines in Phase 4.

hai. Yeh tunnel, bi-directional operations ke liye do parallel structures mein se ek hai, aur ismein Earth Pressure Balancing Method (EPBM) ka use kiya gaya hai, jismein Mundka mein banaye gaye precast concrete linings lage hain. Construction mein hard rock se navigate karna aur sewer lines ko relocate karna jaise challenges aaye, lekin strict safety measures, jaise continuous ground movement monitoring, rakha gaya. Dusra tunnel January 2025 tak complete hone ki ummeed hai. 2.65 kilometer lamba tunnel, 16 meter ki average depth par bana hai, aur ismein 1894 rings hain (5.8 meter internal diameter). Aerocity-Tughlakabad corridor, Phase 4 ke total 40.109 kilometer underground lines mein se 19.343 kilometer hai.
