SWR will or may get a new Mangalore Division with Hassan-Mangalore Line & Mangalore-Madgaon Line of KR. Madgaon-Panvel Line of KR must or may be shifted to CR Mumbai Division. KR must or may be split & merged with SWR & CR.

NZM will get South Direction Trains, DEE will get North Direction Trains, DEC will get West Direction Trains, ANVT will get East Direction Trains. Trains once shifted out of NDLS will never return again in future eve after Redevelopment is completed. NDLS will stay hub of just Premier trains. Okhla-DSJ-Adarshnagar Line will be used by passing trains avoiding New Delhi.

IR needs to bifurcate as
1. IFRCL = Indian Freight Railway Corporation Limited, who will run, operate, supervise & see the Freight Rail Sector.
2. IPTCL = Indian Passenger Trains Corporation Limited, who will run, operate supervise & see the Passenger Train Sector.
This will save hassles of controlling both Freight & Passenger Sectors for Indian Railways.

Mathura is at par with Prayagraj. Why only Mumbai Rajdhani Trains will stay safe & other Rajdhani trains will get ruined. 12951/52 must stop at MTJ & Vapi. 12953/54 must stop at Vapi. 22221/22 must stop at KNW & ET. PRYJ halt not needed for 12313/14, 20501/02 & 20839/40.

During British Times, Mixed Passenger Trains used to run. 20 Coaches, 9 for Freight & 11 for Passengers(SL-5; II-3; 3A-2; 2A-1) Now in current time of 22-24 coaches, SER & SER can do 10 Freight Car + 12-14 Passenger Cars.
For example:- 12859/60 can have this combination. L-EOG-F1-F2-F3-F4-FSLR-UR-UR-UR-S1-S2-S3-S4-S5-S6-PC-B1-B2-B3-A1-A2-F5-F6-F7 = 24 coaches, Freight-7, SLRD -1; Sleeper-6; 3AC-3; 2AC-2; UR-3; P-1; EOG-1;

If SCR doesn't hand over MUGR-DKJ line. Then Alternate Map of SCR & SCoR can be like this. SCR:- NED, SC & HYB Divisions Stays as it is now. Layout of GTL Division of SCR:- KLBG-BIDAR, KLBG-GTL, GTL-DMM, GTL-YA, BAY-GTL-KLU. Layout of TPTY Division(East Guntakal) of SCoR:- DMM-PAK, KPD Outer-RU, RU-AJJ Outer & RU-YA. GNT Division of SCoR:- Current GNT Division of SCR + NDL-YA Line. BZA Division of SCoR:- EE-BZA, GDR-BZA, BZA-MTM, GNT-TEL-Repalle, GDV-Akkividu, BZA-GNT, Motumari-Vishnupuram. RU-GDR, GDR-Ennore Creek Bridge. VSKP Division of SCoR:- Waltair Division of ECoR + VSKP-EE, NDD-BVRM-NS, BVRM-Akkividu, SLO-COA, KTV-Araku & VZM-PVPT & VZM-CHE. ECoR gets a RGDA/KRPU Division. Splitting SC division not needed. SCR keeps control of SC, HYB, NED & Part of GTL Division (881.3 kms Track Length). SCoR gets 1052.0 kms of ECoR WAT Division, Full BZA Division of SCR, Full GNT Division of SCR + 123.0 Kms NDL-YA Line. So SCoR total Track length becomes 3292.80 Kms.

Its tough. Only 655 km of Operational Length coming if KZJ Division made in SCR. Secunderabad will retain 835 kms of Operational Length.
